Leadership Team


Curt Paquette

As Pipeline’s President, Curt Paquette leads an accomplished team of operations, sales, data analytics, VMS, SOW, RPO, IC compliance, and payrolling experts in what is the industry’s first strategic workforce advisory organization. His more than two decades with some of the industry’s leading MSPs in global operations, reporting and analytics, and finance make him perfectly suited to lead this team of experts as they revolutionize solutions available for strategic workforce management. Curt’s desire to lead Pipeline grew from a deep understanding of what companies need and the inability to find those solutions and services in the marketplace.

Before joining Pipeline, he led an operations team of more than 200, ensuring they provided optimal service to more than 50 national and global clients, strategically managing their collective $4 billion in spend.  Over the course of his career, he has been a part of organizations that have managed a combined $8 billion in spend. At Pipeline, Curt continues to build strong partnerships that bring creative, strategic, individualized solutions and services to the company’s clients.

Bryan Long
Vice President of Operations

Pipeline’s Vice President of Operations, Bryan Long, ensures that every client program runs at optimal levels.  His team is responsible for program implementation, oversight, and management; VMS configuration and updates; data analysis; supplier engagement, performance, and management; and management of our partner ecosystem. With a focus on best practices, Bryan’s deep experience in the staffing industry gives him a unique vantage point to understand the complete workforce management program scope.  He works closely with the rest of the leadership team, building the partner network that sets Pipeline apart from its competitors.

Before joining Pipeline, Bryan spent more than 15 years at some of the industry’s leading staffing suppliers, where he managed regional and statewide offices, improving outcomes and increasing revenues.  His tenure at a regional radio station and a national textile healthcare company, managing business operations, donor relations, and large-scale/multi-facility implementations, meshes well with his role at Pipeline where he successfully meets the needs of all parties involved.

Chad Dohlen
Vice President of Sales

Pipeline’s Vice President of Sales, Chad Dohlen, is changing the way companies interact with a sales team.  Fueled by his passion and desire to solve clients’ problems, his approach is to listen, uncover business needs and goals, then create individualized plans that address specific short-and long-term workforce management goals.  No more one-size-fits-all solutions here.  Chad works closely with Bryan Long to ensure a smooth transition from contract execution to program implementation.

A respected, innovative business builder, Chad has more than two decades’ experience leading some of the industry’s most successful teams.  Whether managing business units in sales and marketing, finance and accounting, or operations, he has received honors for double-digit income increases and top-performing national offices.
