Leadership Team


Curt Paquette

As Pipeline’s President, Curt leads an accomplished team of operations, sales, data analytics, VMS, SOW, RPO, IC compliance, and payrolling experts in what is the industry’s first strategic workforce advisory organization. His more than two decades with some of the industry’s leading MSPs in global operations, reporting and analytics, and finance make him perfectly suited to lead this team of experts as they revolutionize solutions available for strategic workforce management. Curt’s desire to lead Pipeline grew from a deep understanding of what companies need and the inability to find those solutions and services in the marketplace.

Before joining Pipeline, he led an operations team of more than 200, ensuring they provided optimal service to more than 50 national and global clients, strategically managing their collective $4 billion in spend.  Over the course of his career, he has been a part of organizations that have managed a combined $8 billion in spend. At Pipeline, Curt continues to build strong partnerships that bring creative, strategic, individualized solutions and services to the company’s clients.

Bryan Long
Vice President of Client Solutions

Bryan Long has a great history with the Pipeline organization as well as the total workforce solutions industry. As the former VP of Operations for Pipeline, Bryan has the intimate knowledge of the totality of Pipeline’s offerings. His approach always brings each stakeholder’s interest into consideration as he and his team work to craft exceptional solutions.

In addition to his role within Pipeline, Bryan oversees all national and regional accounts for The AtWork Group, Pipeline’s parent company. In his role of supporting clients and internal teams, Bryan assists in smoothly transitioning from contract execution to program implementation.

Jennifer Kruse
Director of Operations

PJennifer’s role as director of operations is to ensure every client’s workforce solutions program runs at optimal levels. Under her leadership, her team is responsible for program implementation, oversight, and ongoing management including VMS updates, data analysis, supplier engagement, and management of our partner ecosystem. Jennifer’s depth of experience in the MSP/VMS space gives her a unique vantage point to understand total workforce management from all sides of the engagement. Her focus is on strengthening client relationships and building Pipeline’s partner network.

With over 13 years’ experience in MSP/VMS organizations, she has assisted in the successful implementation and ongoing management of Fortune 500 clients. More recently, Jennifer was part of the Solutions and Innovation Team where she was responsible for development and delivery of strategic best practices, curator of industry/market research including critical legislative actions, and a key resource to operations in terms of service delivery philosophy, methodology, program optimization, and client consultation for 50+ programs with $4B in annualized spend globally.
